• Vaginal bleeding - 80%
• Abdominal or back pain and uterine tenderness - 70%
• Fetal distress - 60%
• Abnormal uterine contractions (eg, hypertonic, high frequency) - 35%
• Idiopathic premature labor - 25%
• Fetal death - 15%
